All shoes are guaranteed from manufacturing defects.  If you have a problem with a product purchased from Ballroom Dance Shoes Online, please email info@ballroomdanceshoesonline.com or call (908) 731-1055 for a prompt response to your concern. 

Returns and Exchanges
All shoes can be exchanged or returned within 10 days as long the shoes have no scuffed bottoms or signs of wear.  Please try shoes on carpet to avoid scuffed bottoms.  . 

For exchanges, please send a check for $9.25 with your returned shoes for re-shipping costs. For 2 pair send $14.90.  If you have any questions please call (908) 731-1055 for a prompt response.

On all shoes returned for a refund a $22 restocking fee is deducted on each pair returned.  This includes multiple ordered shoes.
